Aaron & Jennifer | Married

It’s been a long while since I’ve posted wedding photos here on the blog. Technically I’m no longer shooting weddings because my “day job” schedule (yes, I work another full time job!) doesn’t mesh well with the editing demands that weddings require. Unfortunately, I’ve had to turn down many brides over the past 2 years, some of whom are extended family members, some childhood friends. But there was one bride I said “YES” to. That bride is my cousin.

I come from an amazing family, you guys. The kind of family where most of the cousins grew up in the same little town and we spent more time with each other than we did with our other friends. Which I think is pretty special. And now, even though most of us are married, we still get together whenever we can because we still, after all these years, really enjoy each others company. In this day and age I know that’s rare, so I hope I never take it for granted.

Anyway, Jennifer, her older sister Ashleigh and I are all just a few years apart in age and we were basically the Three Musketeers growing up. So when Jennifer asked if I would photograph her wedding day I couldn’t say no. Could. Not. Say. No. And I was totally honored to capture hers and Aaron’s big day.

Congratulations, Jennifer and Aaron! Love you both!

There are a whole lot more photos from Aaron and Jennifer’s wedding on our Facebook Page so head over there and take look!
